Meet the Elders
At CBF, we have four elders that provide spiritual leadership and oversight to our church. One of the most important things that our elders do when they meet is pray together for the needs of our congregation.
Our elders are Brent Howell, Mike Gianeskis, Harry Stobie, and Tom Searles.
What to Expect on Sunday Mornings
At CBF, you will find people of all shapes and sizes, old and young and in between. We have different personalities and different backgrounds, but one thing we do have in common is our desire to know God's Word and to become better Christ followers.
Some of us like to dress up for worship services and some of us prefer jeans and tennis shoes. Either choice is fine. Our focus is on being faithful, not fashionable, Christ followers!
If you have young children, you may notice that CBF has a nursery for babies and toddlers but doesn't offer children's church. That's because we encourage families to worship together so that children age 5 and over learn early what worshipping God looks like, sounds like and feels like. The nursery will always have at least one CPR certified volunteer in the room.
Meaningful music is an important part of our worship services. You will hear a congregation raising its beautiful praises to the Lord!
